Same as Web Site Version
This version is downloaded as a self extracting zip file (fccconst.exe) containing 3 files... fccconst.htm, condir.htm, and conmain.htm. (58.6K) Download fccconst.exe (see below) where you want to keep the constitution, (on a floppy disk perhaps) and double click fccconst.exe. This will extract the three files. Be sure to keep all three in the same directory. The file, fccconst.exe will remain and may be used to distribute the constution to others.
To use the constitution, double click the file named, fccconst.htm. Your internet browser will display the constitution in the exact same format as on the web site both on line and off line.
Quick Version
A smaller, (45K) one file, version is also availible in a self extracting zip file (fccconsq.exe). The index of this version is not as detailed as the web version as it is referenced by article only. Download fccconsq.exe (see below) where you want to keep the constitution, (on a floppy disk perhaps) and double click fccconsq.exe. This will extract one file. (fccconsq.htm) The file, fccconsq.exe will remain and may be used to distribute the constution to others.
To use the constitution, double click the file named, fccconsq.htm. Your internet browser will display the constitution both on line and off line.
